THE POWER OF TEA
We use tea and natural ingredients to make our cakes stand out.
Most of our cakes are flavoured & coloured using the natural pigment in tea leaves, fruit or cocoa powder. The Tea Bakery signature citrus cake is made with fresh lemons and the buttercream is turned pink using hibiscus tea leaves which packs an extra citrus punch!
Our cakes have great natural flavour without any artificial colouring in sight!
